How do I place an order?

Please head on over to the SHOP page, where you can choose from the miniature gnomes section or customized accessories.

You will find ​gnomes to choose from with their prices.

Unless otherwise specified in the listing's description, these ready-made items do not have a customization option.

If you would like to purchase one of these items and have it customized to your specifications or have a personalized figure made, please CONTACT us prior to placing your order to discuss prices and time frames.

Payment

Instant payments can be made via Stripe or PayPal.

Afterpay and Klarna are also options if you would like to make payments in installments.

Your banking information is never stored in our site.

Shipping

Custom items have specific production times in the listing description.

To estimate the actual delivery time, please take into consideration the time needed to send out your order plus shipping days.

All international packages are subject to custom inspections. International shipments may be subject to custom fees. Customers are responsible for these fees, if any (Most of our shipping destinations do not incur custom fees).

We do our best to estimate delivery times but have no way to control or speed up the time it takes custom authorities take to release packages.

Shipping times and costs vary depending on the final destination.

As soon as your item has shipped, you will receive an email with carrier and tracking information.

Subscription Box

The Gnome Keepers Club is a monthly subscription that delivers a brand-new handmade miniature gnome straight from the enchanted village to your home. Each box also includes a whimsical story chapter, a personality card, and fun themed surprises that expand the magic of the collection.

All gnome designs featured in the club are exclusive to members and are not available in the general gnome shop, making each traveler a special collectible for Keepers only.

There’s no long-term commitment — you can cancel your membership at any time, whenever it feels right for you.

Returns & Refunds

In Stock Items

*Returns for in stock items is dealt with individually. Please CONTACT us if you are not satisfied with your piece within 7 days of receiving it, and we can work it out. In the extreme case scenario that the item must be returned, buyer will be responsible for all return shipping fees. Items must be returned in original packaging and in the exact same condition as when shipped to customer and a refund will be issued only after the item arrives back at the studio.

*Refunds for in stock pieces are only offered within the first 24 hours of placing your order and before item has shipped.

Packaging

We love shopping online and know how devastating it is to receive a broken item. We take every precaution to make sure your miniature gnome or custom figure is packaged extremely well to avoid as many mishaps as possible during transit.

Despite it all, carriers can be tricky (rough with packages :/) and if you were to receive a damaged item, please CONTACT us and we can figure out the best way to solve the issue.

Gift Messages

Miniature gnomes or custom made figures are perfect for gifting and you can include a gift message in your order. Please include your message in the "Notes" field when checking out. Messages are printed on white cards and packaged with your order.

Custom Orders

*Returns are not accepted for custom orders.

*Refunds for custom orders will be issued only within the first 24 hours of placing your order.

After 24 hours and before order has shipped, you may still request a refund but bear in mind that 30% of the price of the item purchased will be considered as a non- refundable deposit for having secured a slot on the artist's schedule and for work and materials that were used towards your order.
